Resolution of video is off

Hello,

I have another question/issue.

When I open a movie file in my quicktime viewer, the movie looks like it is displayed properly. The dimensions are proper, and the movie looks fine. I am looking a 720x480 video.

When I open that same video in SnapFlow, it says the video is 720x480 but it is clearly squished in the SnapFlow viewer.

Can someone please tell me why this is, and how I can fix it? I'd like it to look just as normal and proper as it does in my QuickTime viewer.
