slideshow not loaded on iphone

The first photo is loading after I get a "slideshow not loaded" message.
What would cause this? Too large of a file? Is there a max file size for the iphone version of the slideshow?

It seems to be a conflict with the file:

Could you try to remove it to see if it fixes the problem?
