is version 2 really an improvement

I just tried v2.0.2 and it does seem to work, which is definitely an improvement over v2.0.1. I'm having trouble finding features that were present in v1.9, though, that I'd like to have. These include things like the ability to name clips, the clip inspector and the ability to split clips, and the like. Are these absent in v2, or am I just not finding them. The documentation still seems to be for v1. It would be nice to have documentation for the new version.
